The Reset Ritual is a 2-hour immersive experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and reset your nervous system.
Hosted by Alex, co-founder of Club Bend, and Sandra, founder of Saan Rituals, this soulful morning ritual weaves together intentional movement, breath, sound, scent, reflection and community, offering you practices you can carry into your everyday life.
We begin with a grounding slow flow yoga practice, inviting you to arrive fully in your body. From there, you’ll be guided through breathwork and sound healing, allowing space for release, rest, and recalibration. We close with journalling and visioning practices and an opportunity to share with the community, to help you clarify intentions and create a personal ritual you can return to long after the morning ends.
Whether you’re craving stillness, clarity, or simply a moment to pause, The Reset Ritual is an invitation to tend to yourself — gently and intentionally. Saan Rituals will also have a pop-up shop where you can take home your favourite essential oil!
